Mahalo Cabrillo

Cabrillo Elementary School. Home of the scholars.

This was our second year back at Cabrillo elementary, it was great to see some familiar excited faces. This year they were kind enough to put us up in the library which worked out really nicely. Huge shout out to Olga the Librarian and of course Mrs. Pipersky for facilitating the whole thing. It was actually a happy accident that we were in the library, now that's what I call the best possible thing.

Had the chance to read to every grade 1st through 6th. Its great to be able to connect with the students on different levels. From the 1st graders who love the story and have questions about how Brick & Stick can walk without feet to the 6th graders who ask about how much time I spend drawing daily and what software I use, its amazing to interact with all of them.

Of course, HUGE SHOUTOUT to the author for handling all the book orders and autographing.

And last but not least for everyone who was asking me if we sell our hats, we officially do. Check out our shop to pick up the "Confused" or "Jump Rope" hats. Its summer time, keep the sun off your face!
